The passion to make a difference in the lives of others spurred Mrs. Catherine Thomas and Mr. Francis Thomas to start a ministry more than 50 years ago, to provide a clinic and counselling for the poor. Today, SACS is an Institution of Public Character (IPC) providing professional services to over 2000 clients. It serves three distinctive groups of clients: those recovering from mental illnesses, disadvantaged women, and individuals with autism. SACS aims to provide refuge and heal wounded hearts that are marginalized by society. Read More
