How can I pay on ACTSmarket?

We use PayPal to process all transactions on ACTSmarket. You can pay for products by credit card, direct debit card, and through your PayPal account.

Do you charge GST (goods & services tax) or any sales tax?

We do not charge any GST or sales tax.  However, if you are shipping overseas, you may be subject to custom duty or taxes of the destination country.


How do I know if my order is received?

An order confirmation will be emailed to you after you have placed your order.   After the order is shipped out, our SE partner fulfilling the order will send you an email saying that your order has been fulfilled, and informing you of the tracking number.

Our partners are expected to maintain high standards of customer service.  They should reply promptly through email or via phone. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact ACTSmarket.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order or parcel by using the tracking number emailed to you after your order is shipped out. The partner will advise you of the shipping method and tracking number via email.  For delivery by Singapore Post, key in the tracking number at .   For courier, key in the tracking number at .  Sometimes, our partners may use their in-house delivery service – if so, they will contact you in advance.

How can I see my past orders or check the balance of ACTS credit?

Only registered users of can check their accounts to view their recent orders, check the balance of their ACTS credit, manage their shipping and billing addresses and edit their passwords and account details.

How do I cancel an order?

If you have just placed your order but want to cancel, please contact our SE partner as soon as possible.  Have your sub-order # ready.  The contact info of the SE partner is listed on their Shop page.

Alternatively, you can contact  [email protected] by forwarding your order and inform us that you wish to cancel the order.

How do I get a refund on my cancelled order or returned goods?

If your order is cancelled before it is shipped out, we will give you a full refund by crediting your account.

If  your order has already been shipped out, then you can return the product(s) within 7 days from receipt, in its original packaging without any damage.  Please bring along your order. Customer will bear the cost of returning or exchanging the product.  A full refund of your order or sub-order will be in the form of credit to your account.
QUESTION: Are we saying customers need to physically “bring along” their order to The Furnace of the HQ of the fulfilling partner?  Can’t they mail it back? In which case, we should say “Please include your order.”

You can use the credit for your future purchases provided the total cost of the product(s) is the same or higher than the credit.

Can I collect my own order?

For requests on self-collection, please contact the SE seller of the product(s) directly.  They will advise you on how to order the products online and collect them yourself.  Their contact details are on the Shop page.


What should I do if I have not received my products ?

First, please check the shipping polices of the SE partner that you have bought your products from, to find out the estimated days required for delivery to the shipping address.   If you have already received an email with your tracking number, then go online to the website of the shipping agent.  If there is any discrepancies, kindly contact the SE partner directly to check on your shipment.

However, if you are unable to resolve this directly with the SE partner, please reach out to the ACTSmarket team within 30 days of payment for us to help resolve the issue.  If the partner cannot prove that the shipment is already received, ACTSmarket will protect the buyer by ensuring that buyer receives a full refund. For successful claims against disputes, remember to hold on to your conversations with the partner and ACTSmarket, so you can easily access them in the event of a dispute.

What if the product I receive differs from what I see in the photographs on product pages?

We seek your understanding because most products are hand-made.  Many are also made from fabrics where the patterns vary on the cloth that is cut to make the products.  Hence, there may be slight colour or design variations when compared to the photographs shown at our SE partners’ shop on ACTSmarket.   Our SE partners will usually state this clearly on their product pages to advise you of variations in fabric patterns.  Please ensure that you read this carefully and feel comfortable with the purchase before buying. We think it’s cool to own a unique product that nobody else owns!

The product I want is out of stock.

If the product you want is out of stock, please contact the SE partner directly for enquiries of backorders or when the product stock will be replenished.  Their contact information is on their Shop page.


My coupon code is not working. What should I do?

The coupon code may no longer be valid.  If you are sure that it should work, do contact us at [email protected]

How to apply a coupon code?

To apply a coupon code, add the product(s) you wish to purchase to your cart, then proceed to the Cart page. Enter the coupon code in the box next to “Apply Coupon”, then click on “Apply Coupon”.   Notice a text box with the word Coupon Code under the product(s) at left, enter your coupon code, then click on “Apply Coupon” to apply the coupon.

Can I convert my discount coupon into cash?

All coupons or ACTS credit codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. If you have made a purchase with an ACTS credit code and would like to return the item, we will only be able to refund the final price paid (after discount) in the form of credit into your ACTSmarket account.


How do I return or exchange a product?

If for any reason, you wish to return the product, we will give you a full refund, no questions asked, provided you fulfill some conditions:

You can return or exchange the product(s) within 7 days from receipt, in its original packaging without any damage.  Please bring along your Order.  For product return, the refund will be remitted to your account between 14 to 21 days upon receipt of product.  The customer will bear the cost of returning or exchanging the product. An exchange of products is possible if the required colours are available.   Please contact our SE partner directly for product return or exchange.


What protection do I have as a customer?

ACTSmarket offers a money-back guarantee. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days of receipt (local delivery) or within 14 days (for overseas delivery).  The products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged.  A copy of your order should also be enclosed.  The full refund will be in the form of a credit to your account which you can use for future purchases.

Orders paid with PayPal include Buyer Protection, a feature managed by PayPal which provides you with up to 180 days of protection:  PayPal Buyer Protection should only be used as a final step if you cannot reach an amicable resolution with the SE partner.

Protection offered by credit or debit card issuers varies greatly – we recommend checking with your card provider.

ACTSmarket reviews all instances of Buyer Protection and card reversals. Unreasonable use of PayPal Buyer Protection or card reversals will lead to account closure and further action, in line with ACTSmarket terms of service.
